RETURN POLICY
If you have a return or are dissatisfied with a product, simply email us at ladyandthepunk@gmail.com within 48HRS of delivery to make us aware of the return. You then have 5 days from that point to return the item to us or send us a tracking number, if you have not done so in the specified time frame THE RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO RETURNS OF SALE ITEMS, THRIFT ITEMS, SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE
Returning of a garment is to the customers expense, the item can be couriered or posted back to us, we also accepts drop offs if you are within the Durban area.
Once the garment is returned to us we will issue you with a credit code, to the value of the returned item. This code can be used for future purchases online. Credits expire after 3 years.
For a credit to be issued, the returned garment must be in good condition, unworn and with the swing tag remaining.
PRE ORDERS can be returned if they do not fit or are damaged but NO pre orders can be CANCELLED OR REFUNDED before delivery or once the order has gone through as these items are made to order specifically for the customer.
WE DO NOT DO CASH REFUNDS. Store credits and exchanges only.

DAMAGES OR POOR QUALITY
Should you have a quality issues with your garment, please contact us at ladyandpunk@gmail.com with photographic evidence within 48HRS of delivery.
These photos will be inspected by our team, to ensure the claim is valid as all garments do go through quality control before leaving our offices.
If the claim is in fact valid, we will uplift the product from you and replace it with the same item, if it is out of stock, we will replace it with an item of your choice to the same value, a store credit or refund.
Lady and the Punk will not accept damage claims after the 48hrs period and we are not responsible for damages resulting in wear and tear or incorrect washing of a garment. (Please view the washing instructions on the swing tag)
