Refund policy
If you have a return or are dissatisfied with a product, simply email us at ladyandthepunk@gmail.com within 48HRS of delivery to make us aware of the return. You then have 5 days from that point to return the item to us or send us a tracking number, if you have not done so in the specified time frame THE RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Returning of a garment is to the customers expense, the item can be couriered or posted back to us, we also accepts drop offs if you are within the Durban area. If you would prefer our courier to uplift the product for you, we can arrange this and the courier cost will be deducted from your store credit.
Once the garment is returned to us we will issue you with a credit code, to the value of the returned item. This code can be used for future purchases online. Credits expire after 3 years.
For a credit to be issued, the returned garment must be in good condition, unworn and with the swing tag remaining.
PRE ORDERS can be returned if they do not fit or are damaged but NO pre orders can be CANCELLED OR REFUNDED before delivery or once the order has gone through as these items are made to order specifically for the customer.
WE DO NOT DO CASH REFUNDS. Store credits and exchanges only.
